Mantra of the week: Embrace life’s impermanence
The body we have at this moment feels so difference than the one we had 10 years ago or when we were teenagers. We may be stronger in some senses and weaker when it comes to other aspects of our lives or body.
Tell yourself that it is OK!
We are never going to feel amazing all the time, that’s not what life is about. When we have days that we can’t get into a yoga pose that was easy a year ago, we have to realize that there multiple other aspects of our lives that have gotten easier or more manageable. When you are dealing with an injury, realize that it gives you so much insight into other areas of your body and makes you hyperaware of sensations. Let that be your way of embracing life’s impermanence.
