Mantra of the week: Ananda (sanscrit for joy, bliss, happiness)
We are in the thick of the holiday season now! Thanksgiving was an amazing time to spend with family and friends to give thanks for what we have. The mantra for this week is a way to remind ourselves, as we continue into the holidays, that holding on to that appreciation for what and who we have is essential.
Don't get caught up in the "marketing" of the holidays. Keep your practice consistent (as much as you can). Smile at those around you. Tell the people in your life that you love them. What is truly important is being happy with what is now.
