Mantra of the week: Ananda (fullness, bliss, complete joy)
There have been several shifts and changes in my life over the last couple weeks and I've found myself equally needing both yoga and running for their own unique qualities in my life. One thing that struck me today, as I was running up the hills of San Francisco with a smile on my face today, was that when I have an inner-compass of ananda, I know that things are going to be AMAZING. Let this week's mantra roll through your mind and see what happens. Your thoughts might become more compassionate, your physical movements truer to what you need in your body right now and possibly you smile at a stranger and make their day that much more amazing.
