Mantra of the week: Let Go
I recently read this great quote by Ray Bradbury and it really resonated with me.
“Learning to let go should be learned before learning to get. Life should be touched, not strangled. You’ve got to relax, let it happen at times, and let others move forward with it.”

This week I will be letting go of any preconceived ideas of what I think I should be accomplishing in life, of what my runs should feel/look like, and especially of what happens on my yoga mat. Life is a continuous ebb and flow of being driven and inspired by things and then realizing that were you are in life is unique and special.
