There are always things that you wish you could incorporate into your daily and weekly schedule, but don't.
This week, commit to one thing that you feel would be a positive for you. Add a 10 minute meditation to your day. Do one long run a week somewhere that is inspiring. Take a yoga class that might feel just a little out of your comfort zone, but that you've been dying to try. Start your day off with warm lemon water (this one is really amazing, you should definitely commit to this one). Take full deep breaths before entering a stressful situation.
By committing to add and develop positive events and actions into our lives, the negative ones we "wish we could stop but don't know how" just seem to fade away.
