Be confident in knowing that you are enough, just as you are, right now. Crazy right? This is a hard concept to accept for many of us. But what yoga teaches us is that we can't live or practice in any other body than the one we have right now. Those limits and sensations that our body shouts at us when we run or do a yoga pose are times to listen to where we are right now. And LOVE it.
