There is something truly priceless about sharing your experiences in life with a good friend/companion. The mantra for the week is to find that friend you can share the run with, encourage to go to a yoga class with you or even convince to sign-up for a relay run. One of my favorite running/yoga buddies is Lila, my 8 year old boxer. She always reminds me to have fun on the trails, drink lots of water post-run and never forget to take savasana after my yoga. But she is just one of many amazing friends that has encouraged me through the years to put my running shoes on each morning, take the time to meditate everyday and enjoy the beauty in the simple things.
