The majority of us, as humans, rely on our vision to assess situations, learn new things and process the world around us. Allow yourself to really listen to things this week and see if your perception of everyday events and routines changes.
Really allow yourself to hear a story being told by a colleague or friend. Take out your earphones on the daily run and notice the nature and subtitles of your route. Instead of making the shapes of the yoga poses in a class, fine-tune your practice by processing the verbal cues the teacher gives and see how that effects your body. Listening is such a powerful tool in life. Try utilizing it more this week.
