Mantra for the week: Smile

There is something energetically and physically that changes in us when we smile. It is a sense of getting lighter and freer. It's proven that smiling decreases stress and anxiety, strengthens your immune system, and releases endorphins that have pain killing qualities. As we settle into the post-holiday season and get into our weekly routines, notice what smiling on your daily run and during your yoga practice can do for you.

And then spread it to someone else. Give a stranger a smile.
