April Yoga Intensive- virtual
Tues & Thurs @6:30 am - 7:40 am PT (70 mins)

Level 1-2: prior practice is helpful

Make the commitment to focus on your inner strength and find ways to care for your physical and emotional body. The 4 week intensive will guide you through physical postures that will slowly build over the weeks. This will be paired with a meditation and breathing practice that will leave you energized.
Over the 4 weeks you can expect to:·

Develop a breathing and meditation practice
All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice at a later time. If you have any injuries you’re working with, let me know and I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible.
Yoga Intensive “Add On”
Wed & Fri 6:30 am - 7:30 am PT (60 mins)
Next dates: April 20 – 28 (2 wks)
Cost: $64 for 4 classes. (If adding to intensive- $160 for 10 classes.)

The “add-on” classes are for those that are interested in committing to the physical practice for 4 consecutive days. This is designed to be added to the intensive course, but you are also welcome to just take these sessions. During these 2 weeks you will get a taste of what having a consistent physical practice looks like. This can be challenging and also really powerful.
All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice later in the day. If you have any injuries you’re working with, I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible for you.
