A Runner's Mind, San Francisco


Join Nicole Thompson for this running and yoga group, where you can experience two complementary types of exercise.  Students will be educated on:

  • alignment of running

  • talk about how to avoid common injuries that plague runners through

  • maintaining flexibility and the health of muscles and joints.

The 45 minute group run is followed by a strong 45 minute yoga practice.


Nicole has been  teaching yoga and running for over 16 years. She laces up her running shoes on a daily basis for her “moving meditation”. She has completed marathons, long distance trail runs, relay races, and is a Tough Mudder. Come get on the mat to harness and develop your own inner strength.
