Nicole is the founder of Running to the Mat which combines of mindfulness of running with an energetic playful yoga practice.  Running to the Mat showcases the advantages of combining running and yoga to allow for the cardio strengthening and meditative qualities of running and pairing it with a strong but throughful yoga practice that links one's breath with their movement.
